Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first place a specified number of bets. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager BDT 10,000 on a BDT 1,000 bonus before withdrawing.

5.2 Bonus Validity

Every bonus has a set validity period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system, claiming bonuses jointly with family members, or engaging in any form of coordinated betting is strictly prohibited.

Certain fundamental rules apply to all betting activity on krkiya. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Krkiya reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled.
• Odds may change in live betting due to delays.
• Krkiya reserves the right to hold bets and investigate any suspicious activity.
• Maximum winnings per event are capped — limits vary by event.

Krkiya is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of software bots or automated systems.
• Coordinated betting among members of the same household (Match Fixing).
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using another member's information or identity.
